We provide software that helps advertisers create and submit ad campaigns to platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our website and services (the "Services").
1) What we collect
- Account & contact info: name, email, company, password (hashed), and billing details you provide.
- Service usage data: app settings, campaign configurations you create inside the app, logs/diagnostics, device and browser information, and IP address for security.
- Meta Platform Data (via the Meta Marketing API / Facebook Login): limited data necessary to let you manage ads on your own ad accounts or pages, such as ad account IDs, page IDs, permissions, and the ad objects you explicitly create or modify through Submitly. We also receive OAuth access tokens to perform actions you authorize.
- Payment processing: handled by our payment provider; we receive limited billing metadata (e.g., last 4 digits, status) and no full card numbers.
- Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and security; we do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2) How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To authenticate you and perform the actions you request (e.g., submit or edit ad campaigns).
- To provide support, detect/prevent abuse, and keep the Services secure.
- To comply with legal obligations and platform policies.
3) How we handle Meta Platform Data
- We do not sell Meta Platform Data.
- We use Meta Platform Data only on your behalf to provide the features you request and as permitted by the Meta Platform Terms.
- Access tokens and secrets are stored encrypted at rest with restricted access.
- Meta Platform Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. Ad logs and diagnostics are typically retained for up to 90 days.
- You may revoke Submitly's access at any time in your Facebook settings (Settings > Business Integrations / Apps & Websites) and request deletion as described below.
4) When we share information
We share information only with:
- Service providers that host our app, store data, provide logging/monitoring, analytics, or customer support (e.g., cloud hosting, email provider). They may access information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
- Platform partners such as Meta, when needed to fulfill your requests (e.g., creating or updating ad campaigns).
- Legal and safety when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Services.
- Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Privacy Policy.
5) Data retention
- Account data is kept while your account is active. Upon closure we delete or anonymize it within 30 days unless we must keep it for law, billing, or security.
- App logs and analytics are typically retained up to 90 days.
- Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
6) Your rights

EEA/UK users: Revenue Clicks LLC is the data controller for website/account data and the data processor for Meta Platform Data processed on behalf of business customers. Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).
California residents: We do not sell your personal information. You may request disclosure or deletion by emailing [email protected].
7) Security
We use industry-standard safeguards such as TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive secrets, access controls, and regular backups. No system is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords and enable any offered security features.
8) Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9) Data deletion
You can request deletion at any time by visiting our Data Deletion page or emailing [email protected]. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
